Surrey is hosting Russel Crowe and his team for shooting the new generation Robin Hood film. The movie that  is due for releasing by May 2010 is being shot in Virginia Water of Surrey inside its woodland.

The group consisting of world wide stars for example Russell Crowe, Cate Blanchett, Vanessa Redgrave and William Hurt tells us the brilliant success story by now.

Ridley Scott- the director of the film, claims that, however the legend of Robin Hood- talented archer loyal to King Richard the Lionheart, is known by the world, also a lot of films have been shot on the story, this version of the story by pushing the limits of the art due to the talent of the cast, will be the most challenging one.

Russel Crowe moved to Surrey, and rented a huge house near Windlesham, and had registered his child in Hall Grove Prep School in Bagshot. The Crowes participated in the Surrey life and began to be accustomed to Surrey and surroundings.

According to James Wyatt- local estate agent from Barton Wyatt - Estate Agents Surrey, having a name famous new on the scene is every time interesting, albeit Wentworth and Virginia Water is always familiar with wealthy and famed inhabitants. His sales and rental personnels are handling demands from the famous people each day. They are ready to grant the same dedicated services to individuals as well as they carry out in daily routine services with taking extra exceptional attention.

James Wyatt added that the launch of the film excited them and an hope on spotting for some of the local pathways of Surrey in the film came into existence. The rumours tell that the woods in Virginia Park seemed chilling and made the inhabitants to stay away in those days. But these days,  the lake in Virginia Water offers a very pleasant time for the local inhabitants of Surrey.

For the time being, there is not any property in Surrey that goes back to the ages of Robin Hood, but according to the Runnnymede Historical Society, there is a building that belongs to Jacobean period. The building consists of wooden beams that is worth to see. The house also hosted celebrated families and was probably surrounded by the Windsor Great Park in those days.

Goose Green House is on the market for £1,450,000. It has 3 wonderful reception rooms, 5 completely beamed bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - one with a gorgeous roll topped bath.   For further information please contact Estate Agents Surrey or call 0134 484 3000 for additional information.
